On a green oval-shaped embroidered item 1 3/8 inches (3.49cm) in height and 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in width edged with a 1/8 inch (.32cm) yellow border; three conjoined diagonal bands from upper left to lower right, scarlet over white over blue. The Background Trimming was originally approved 1 Nov 1977. It was amended on 12 Feb 1991 to revise the description. A-6-106
